摘要
高龄返乡农民工劳动价值的再挖掘问题,亦引起了各级政府和社会各届的普遍关注和重视。本文就此试做探讨,基于山东招远市的数据与调查,提出了建立中高龄人才库、增加非典型就业、退休留用等政策建议。
The re-excavation of the labor value of migrant workers returning from their hometowns has also aroused widespread concern and attention at all levels of government and society. This article explores this trial. Based on the data and surveys of Zhaoyuan City,Shandong Province, it proposes policy recommendations for establishing a middle-aged talent pool, increasing atypical employment, and retirement.
