摘要
装备制造业作为安徽工业行业中的主导产业正在经历不断优化升级的过程,表现为向高端型、技术型过渡,但是安徽省装备制造业整体发展水平不高,核心竞争力较弱,提高安徽省装备制造业的竞争力将越来越依赖于提高技术创新效率。文章在构建评价装备制造业技术创新效率指标体系的基础上,利用DEAP2.1软件进行数据包络分析,对安徽省装备制造业技术创新效率进行分析评价。分析发现安徽省装备制造业技术创新效率整体水平偏低。究其原因在于安徽省装备制造业技术效率和规模效率不高,据此,提出提升安徽装备制造业技术创新效率的建议。
As the leading industry in Anhui’s industries, the equipment manufacturing industry is experiencing the process of upgrading and showing a transition to the type of high-end and technology. But the overall development level of the equipment manufacturing industry in Anhui is not high. And the core competitiveness is weak. To improve the competiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry will depend more and more on the improvement of technological innovation efficiency. The article constructs the evaluation index system to form a comprehensive evaluation for the equipment manufacturing industry in Anhui province through the software of DEAP2.1. The analysis shows that the overall technological innovation efficiency is low. The overall technological innovation efficiency is low which mainly dues to the inefficiency of technology and scale. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the efficiency of the technology innovation of equipment manufacturing industry in Anhui province.
