中国独角兽企业发展的影响因素研究

Research on the Factors Affecting the Development of Chinese Unicorn Enterprises

"独角兽"是新经济时代下的产物,中国是很多独角兽企业的孕育之地。中国的独角兽企业发展正处在迅猛发展的时期,"独角兽"是我国进行供给侧结构性改革、新旧动能转换以及施行创新驱动发展战略的集中体现,它对引领创新产业、创新行业、创新模式等新时代经济结构起到关键作用。我国关于独角兽企业的相关研究还处在初级阶段,本文拟从独角兽企业的形成、特征等研究的梳理入手,通过逆向分析其特点总结影响中国独角兽企业发展的因素,并提出适合中国独角兽企业的发展模式。

'Unicorn' is the product of the new economic era, and China is the birthplace of many unicorn enterprises. China’s unicorn enterprise is in a period of rapid development. The 'unicorn' is a concentrated expression of China’s supply-side structural reform, new and old kinetic energy transformation and the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy. It plays a key role in leading economic structure of the new era, such as the innovation industry and the innovation model. China’s research on unicorn enterprises is still in its infancy. This paper intends to start with the research on the formation and characteristics of unicorn enterprises, summarizes the factors affecting the development of Chinese unicorn enterprises through reverse analysis, and proposes the suitable development model of Chinese unicorn enterprises.
