文章首先分析了农村配电网改造项目后评价指标体系,包括项目实施过程、项目运行效果后评价、社会效益可持续性后评价等指标,随后介绍了农村配电网改造项目综合评价方法及步骤,最后分析了项目后评价的典型方法中的模糊综合评价模型,希望能给相关人士提供一些参考。

Firstly,this paper analyses the evaluation index system of rural distribution network reconstruction project,including project implementation process,post-evaluation of project operation effect and post-evaluation of social benefit sustainability.Then it introduces the comprehensive evaluation method and steps of rural distribution network reconstruction project.Finally,it analyses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of typical post-evaluation methods,hoping to provide some reference for relevant persons.
