在文献回顾和问卷调查基础上,识别影响医养结合中心运营的影响因素,本文分析了16个因素,运营DEMATEL等方法分析了影响医养结合中心运营的关键要素,通过建立综合影响矩阵,计算出原因-结果因素,并提出一些建议,指出在医养结合中心运营各方面应重点关注的内容。

On the basis of literature review and questionnaire survey,this paper identifies 16 factors affecting the operation of hospital integration center.This paper analyses 16 factors,analyzes the key factors that affect the operation of the hospital integration center,and calculates the cause and result factors through the establishment of a comprehensive impact matrix,and puts forward some suggestions and points out that all aspects of construction and operation should be focused on.
