摘要
BIM技术在施工项目工程造价管理活动之中的应用,极大地提升了管理效率,强化了造价管理能力,对于施工企业的发展产生了极为深远的影响。随着BIM技术应用频率的不断增加,应用范围的逐步扩大,建筑企业逐步形成了一套完善的管理机制,但其中仍然存在着管理较为粗放等问题。为了进一步发挥BIM技术在工程总价管理方面优势,文章从多个维度出发,深入探究BIM技术体系下工程造价精细化管理的主要手段,在完善工程造价管理体系的同时,强化管理水平,实现管理活动与效果精细化。
The application of BIM technology in construction project cost management activities has greatly improved management efficiency and strengthened cost management capabilities,which has had a profound impact on the development of construction enterprises.With the increasing application frequency of BIM technology and the gradual expansion of application scope,construction enterprises have gradually formed a complete set of management mechanisms,but there are still problems such as extensive management.In order to further develop the advantages of BIM technology in the management of total project price,the article starts from multiple dimensions and deeply explores the main means of fine management of engineering cost under BIM technology system.While improving the project cost management system,it strengthens management level and realizes refined management of management activities and effects.
