大数据时代下智慧城市建设项目运营模式研究

随着信息时代的到来,信息技术得到不断的发展,大数据战略成为国家层面的发展战略,在大数据时代下智慧城市的建设对于发展数字经济,提升社会治理水平,及经济社会的发展有着重要的作用,近年来,智慧城市的建设也上升为国家战略,基于此,本文对智慧城市的建设项目特点进行研究,归纳智慧城市建设项目的不同类型,分析智慧城市建设运营的基本模式,分析不同模式的特点和适用的条件,针对智慧城市建设项目不同类型,提出智慧城市建设项目运营模式选择的方法,希望为智慧城市建设项目运营管理提供一定的参考建议。

With the advent of the information age, information technology has been continuously developed, and the big data strategyhas become a development strategy at the national level. In the era of big data, the construction of smart cities has an important role indeveloping the digital economy, improving the level of social governance and the development of economic society. In recent years, theconstruction of smart cities has also risen to the national strategy. Based on this, this paper studies the characteristics of smart cityconstruction projects, summarizes the different types of smart city construction projects, analyzes the basic modes of smart city constructionand operation, and explores the characteristics of different modes and applicable conditions. According to the different types of smart cityconstruction projects, the paper proposes the method of selecting the operation mode of smart city construction projects, and hopes toprovide some reference suggestions for the operation and management of smart city construction projects.
