摘要
风险管理是一个组织实施项目管理的核心部分,在国际合作办学项目中强化风险管理是有效规避办学风险、提高项目管理绩效的重要途径。本文运用流程图法,对即将开展的中外合作办学项目按照时间顺序划分成遴选合作项目与报审批、培养地软硬件设施建设、制定人才培养计划、生源招徕、过程培养与反馈检验五个阶段,列出了面临的共16种风险,建立了风险评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法分析各阶段面临的主要风险,最后提出相应的防范策略。
Risk management is a core part of the organization and implementation of project management.Strengthening risk management in international cooperative education projects is an important way to effectively avoid school risks and improve project management performance.This paper uses the flow chart method to divide the upcoming Sino-foreign cooperative education projects into five stages:selection of cooperation projects and approval,construction of software and hardware facilities,development of personnel training plans,student recruitment,process training and feedback testing.A total of 16 risks are listed,a risk evaluation index system is established,and the main risks faced in each stage are analyzed by AHP.Finally,corresponding prevention strategies are proposed.
