摘要
既有铁路增建复线高路堑施工过程中,由于堑顶扩宽后部分山体形成多处不规则潜在危石,对既有铁路运营安全和新建路堑结构施工安全具有很大威胁。由于危岩的隐蔽性、复杂性特点,在实践中往往需要在保证主体结构稳定性为前提的基础上主动对危岩进行加固处理。本案遂渝铁路增建二线YDK113+940~YDK114+040段路堑右侧边坡危岩整治施工,重点介绍了对危岩体的控爆清方、嵌补支顶、原位锚索锚固,路堑支挡锚固桩及桩间混凝土挡土墙施工。同时加设永久性主动柔性防护网包裹危岩、堑顶设置钢轨栅栏等措施进行防护。消灭了危岩对动车路径的危害风险,极大地保证了路基结构的安全稳定性。该施工方法工期短、质量可靠、对危岩扰动小、安全风险小、应用范围广,对类似工程施工,具有一定的借鉴意义。
In the process of high cutting construction of existing railways,there are many irregular potential dangerous rocks formed in part of the mountain after the widening of the cutting roof,which pose a great threat to the safety of existing railways and the construction of new cutting structures.Because of the concealment and complexity of dangerous rock,in practice,it is often necessary to reinforce dangerous rock on the basis of ensuring the stability of the main structure.In this case,the second line of Suiyu Railway was built to renovate the dangerous rock on the right side slope of the cut in the section YDK113+940-YDK114+040.The construction of explosioncontrolled clearing,reinforcing supporting roof,in-situ anchoring cable,cutting supporting anchoring pile and concrete retaining wall between piles were mainly introduced.At the same time,permanent active flexible protective net is added to encapsulate dangerous rock and railroad fence is set on the top of cutting to protect against dangerous rock.The dangerous rock hazards to railway are eliminated,and the safety and stability of subgrade structure are greatly guaranteed.The construction method has the advantages of short construction period,reliable quality,small disturbance to dangerous rock,small safety risk and wide application scope.It has certain reference significance for similar projects.
