摘要
在杏子山隧道掘进施工时对软弱围岩大变形的控制技术进行了探索、研究,采取超前导洞或泄压孔对围岩地应力进行了释放;设置锚杆、喷射砼封闭、预留核心土保持掌子面稳定;设置锁脚锚管、临时仰拱、扩大拱脚等措施避免下台阶落底开挖时坍塌;按柔性支护理念进行初支设计及施工等综合控制措施,确保了软弱大变形围岩隧道的安全、顺利掘进,达到了规范及设计的质量要求。
In the excavation construction of Xingzishan tunnel,the control technology of large deformation of weak surrounding rock was explored and studied.The stress of surrounding rock was released by using the leading hole or pressure relief hole.The anchor rod,jet raft closure and pre-installation core soil were set to maintain the stability of the face;the locking anchor pipe,the temporary inverted arch,the enlarged arch and other measures are provided to avoid the collapse of the lower step bottom excavation;the comprehensive control measures such as initial design and construction are carried out according to the flexible support concept.It ensures the safety and smooth excavation of the weak and large deformation surrounding rock tunnel and meets the quality requirements of specifications and design.
