摘要
随着地铁建设的发展,盾构工法在地铁建设中起到了越来越重要的作用。它的优越性,实际上是得益于盾构机技术的发展,正所谓"工欲善其事,必先利其器"。在盾构机选型中刀具的选择又是重中之重,要根据地质情况选择相匹配的盾构机,盾构机刀盘刀具布置是盾构机配置的最重要的部分。而刀具又属于易磨损性消耗品,需要经常进行更换,因为地质条件客观存在的复杂性,在实际施工过程中,若区间较长,需要进行开仓检查刀具和换刀,确保盾构机能够顺利到达出洞,但盾构换刀时一般处于较为恶劣的环境,存在较大的安全风险。本文以实际案例广州市轨道交通十四号线支线工程【施工5标】土建工程中盾构区间碰到的软弱地层开仓检查及换刀为例,对非常规开仓中的带压开仓法进行了介绍分析。
With the development of subway construction,shield construction method has played an increasingly important role in subway construction.Its superiority is actually due to the development of the shield machine technology,and the so-called"workers must first sharpen their tools".In the selection of the shield machine,the choice of the tool is the most important.The matching shield machine should be selected according to the geological conditions.The cutter layout is the most important part of the shield machine configuration.The tool is also a wearable consumable and needs to be replaced frequently.Because of the objective complexity of the geological conditions,in the actual construction process,if the interval is long,it is necessary to open the warehouse to check the tool and change the tool to ensure that the shield machine can arrive the hole smoothly,but the shield tool replacing is generally in a relatively harsh environment,where there is greater security risk.In this paper,the actual case of the Guangzhou Rail Transit Line 14 branch line project[construction 5 standard]civil construction project in the shield section of the weak formation opening inspection and tool change as an example,the pressure opening method in unconventional opening in the open position was introduced and analyzed.
