通过文献追踪法和专家访谈法,识别影响建筑工业化发展的14个主要阻碍因素。基于主成分分析法,确定了4种影响建筑工业化发展的关键因素,用多元回归分析对结果进行检验,确定了4种影响建筑工业化发展的关键因素,为我国建筑工业化的推广提供参考和借鉴。

Through the literature tracking method and expert interviews,14 obstacles that affect the development of China's industrialized construction were identified.Based on the principal component analysis,four key factors influencing the industrialization of buildings were identified,and the results were tested by multivariate regression analysis.The four key factors influencing the industrialization of buildings were determined,to provide reference for the promotion of building industrialization in China.
