摘要
探讨利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定大米中钙含量方法的可行性。该法是样品经微波消解后,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定样品中钙含量。结果表明,ICP-MS法所测的方法检出限为0.04mg/kg,各浓度水平的加标回收率在89.9%-104%范围内,标准偏差为4.285、相对标准偏差(RSD)为6.7%。ICP-MS法快速、简便、稳定、灵敏度高、精密度好、方法检出限低,能满足食品中钙含量测定的实验室要求,具有较强的实际应用价值。
To explore the feasibility of determination of calcium in rice by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The method is to determine calcium content in samples by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)after microwave digestion.The results showed that the detection limit of ICP-MS method was 0.04 mg/kg,the recovery of each concentration level was in the range of 89.9%-104%,the standard deviation was 4.285,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 6.7%.ICP-MS method is fast,simple,stable,sensitive,precise and has low detection limit.It can meet the laboratory requirements for the determination of calcium content in food and has strong practical application value.
