聚酯生产中鼠笼终缩釜损坏原因分析及改进

Cause analysis and improvement of damage of squirrel cage final polycondensation reactor in polyester production

江苏申久化纤在聚酯装置开车初期前几年内,多次频繁出现终缩聚反应釜鼠笼损坏、联接螺栓断裂、盘管脱落、焊缝开裂等重大故障,直接导致生产装置紧急停车,给公司造成了巨大的经济损失。在随后几年内,利用2套装置大修机会,对前期存在问题的故障点进行逐项加固或结构性改造,从根本上解决了终缩聚反应釜存在的问题,保障了装置的安全、稳定、连续运行。

In Jiangsu Shenjiu Chemical Fiber Company,during the first few years after the start of the PET plant,several serious failures occurred frequently,such as the damage of the squirrel cage of the final polycondensation reactor,the breakage of connecting bolts,the falling off of coils,and the cracking of weld seam,which directly led to the emergency shutdown of the production plant. It caused a great economic loss to the company. In the following years,by using the opportunity of the overhaul of two sets of devices,the failure points of pre-existing problems have been reinforced or structural transformed item by item,which has fundamentally solved the problems existing in the final polycondensation reactor and ensured the safety,stability and continuity of the plant.
