摘要
为提高村镇砌体建筑抗震性能,提出了一种适用于村镇低层砌体建筑的改性砂浆-橡胶束滑移隔震技术。对1片未设置隔震措施普通墙及2片不同构造滑移隔震层砌体墙进行了低周反复试验,分析了墙体破坏形态、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、延性、刚度退化和耗能能力。研究结果表明:与无隔震措施普通墙相比,改性砂浆-橡胶束滑移隔震墙未出现破坏,滞回环饱满,延性好,刚度退化慢,耗能能力强,造价低廉。其中钢珠-改性砂浆隔震层适用于7、8度抗震设防烈度区,低标号改性砂浆隔震层适用于7(0.15g)度及以上的高烈度区。橡胶束作为限位材料,限位性能好。改性砂浆-橡胶束隔震技术可在高地震烈度冻土区村镇砌体建筑中推广使用。
In order to improve the seismic performance of rural masonry buildings,an isolation technology using modified mortar and rubber beam suitable for the rural low-rise masonry buildings was put forward. A common wall without isolation measure and two walls with different structural sliding isolation layers were tested under low cyclic loadings. The failure pattern,hysteretic loops,skeleton curve,ductility,stiffness degradation and energy dissipation were compared. The conclusions are drawn that the isolation walls with modified mortar and rubber beams are not damaged and have fuller hysteretic loops,better ductility,lower stiffness degradation,and higher energy dissipation compared with the common wall without isolation measures. The construction costs are low as well. The isolation methods using the low-grade modified mortar and steel ball-modified mortar are suitable for areas of seismic fortification intensity levels of 7( 0. 15g) and higher,and intensity levels of 7 and 8,respectively. In addition,as the limiting device,the steel balls can play a well role in limiting. The isolation technology using the modified mortar and rubber beam can be extended and used in the rural masonry low-rise buildings in high seismic intensity and permafrost areas.
