摘要
为研究中间设置保温层复合墙体轴压力学性能,通过应用5 000 k N加载试验系统和静态应变测量系统,对中间设置保温层复合墙体与普通混凝土墙体在轴压作用下的破坏形态、荷载-位移曲线、钢筋和混凝土变形及墙体极限承载能力进行对比试验研究。研究结果表明:中间设置保温层复合墙体开裂裂缝分布较均匀,普通混凝土墙体出现较为明显的通长裂缝;在相同配筋率下,复合墙体的承载力高于普通混凝土墙体;从变形角度,复合墙体能充分利用墙体的整体性,提高混凝土和钢筋的利用率。
To study the axial performance of the composite wall with interior insulation,the 5000 k N loading system and the static strain measurement system were used to investigate the damage form, load-displacement curve,deformation of steel and concrete,ultimate compression failure pattern. The study results show that the composite wall with interior insulation cracks evenly,while the ordinary concrete wall appears plentiful obvious long cracks; the axial load capacity of composite walls is higher than that of a normal concrete wall with the same configuration; From the point of view of deformation and energy dissipation,the integrity of the new composite wall can be used effectively,which improves the utilization rate of concrete and steel.
