氧化石墨烯对再生混凝土改性试验研究 被引量:26

Experimental study on modification of recycled concrete with graphene oxide

摘要 氧化石墨烯具有高强度、高导电性、高导热性等优点,将其用于水泥基复合材料中,可以提高其强度,改善其耐久性能。为研究氧化石墨烯对再生混凝土改性作用,对氧化石墨烯掺量为0%、0.02%、0.04%、0.06%的再生混凝土力学性能和抗冻性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:随着氧化石墨烯掺量的增加,再生混凝土的力学性能和抗冻性能得到有效改善;为研究氧化石墨烯对再生混凝土改性机理,通过电镜扫描试验观察再生砂浆的微观结构,掺入0.06%的氧化石墨烯后再生砂浆的微观结构得到了改善。 Graphene oxide has many advantages, such as high strength, high electricity, heat conductivity and so on. It can be used in cementitious composite material to strengthen the strength and improve durability. In order to study the effect of graphene oxide on recycled concrete, the mechanical properties and frost resistance of recycled concrete with graphene oxide contents of 0%, 0.02%, 0.04% and 0.06% were studied. The results show that with the increase of graphene oxide content, mechanical properties and frost resistance of recycled concrete are improved obviously. At the same time, in order to study the modification mechanism of recycled concrete with graphene oxide, the microstructure of recycled mortar was observed by scanning electron microscope. The results show that the microstructure of recycled mortar is improved after adding 0.06% graphite oxide. © 2016, Editorial Office of Journal of Building Structures. All right reserved.
