交错桁架-钢框架混合体系在某装配式建筑应用中的关键技术研究 被引量:4

Key technique research on application of staggered truss-steel frame integrated system in an assembled building

摘要 杭州萧山国际机场配套高层宿舍楼项目设计中,为充分满足建筑使用功能及经济性的要求,采用了一种建筑布置灵活、结构经济合理、施工可靠高效的装配式结构体系,即预应力混凝土空心叠合板(SPD板)结合交错桁架-钢框架混合装配式体系。首先介绍了交错桁架结构与SPD板的特性,阐述了该结构体系在本工程中运用的特点与经济性。并对交错桁架-钢框架混合体系进行了静力弹塑性Pushover分析,结果显示交错桁架部分与框架部分在静力推覆过程中先后进入弹塑性阶段,交错桁架耗能能力有限,框架耗能能力大于交错桁架部分,交错桁架屈服后框架部分为整体结构提供后续侧向承载力。同时对本工程所采用的SPD板与桁架弦杆的连接节点进行试验分析,结果表明该节点所提供的板与弦杆之间承载力满足地震作用下受力要求。基于试验结果,进一步完善SPD板与桁架弦杆间节点设计,使之满足本工程要求。 In this article a staggered truss-steel frame integrated system combined with SPD slab was introduced. This structure system is applied in Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport dormitory to satisfy the architechtural function and economical efficiency. This article briefly introduced the characteristics of staggered truss structure and SPD slab, and discussed in detail the characteristics and economy efficiency of the structure system used in this project firstly. Furthermore, the static Pushover analysis of this structure system was carried out. The results show that the staggered truss and the frame enters elastic-plastic stage successively during the Pushover process. The energy dissipation capacity of the staggered truss is insufficient, and the energy dissipation capacity of the frame is greater than that of the staggered truss. The frame part provides the following lateral bearing capacity for the whole structure after the yielding of the staggered truss. At the same time, test analysis on connection joint of SPD slab and truss chord member was carried out.The results show that the bearing capacity between the slab and chord member provided by the joint can meet the earthquake-resistant design requirement. Based on the test results, the joint design between SPD slab and truss chord member was further improved to meet the engineering requirements in this project.
