混凝土帆布与CFRP加固钢筋混凝土方柱受力性能试验研究 被引量:9

摘要 为解决碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)因树脂类胶粘剂受外部荷载产生裂缝而难以阻止腐蚀性介质继续侵蚀内部混凝土的问题,提出了碳纤维增强复合材料与混凝土帆布(CC)加固的方式。通过CFRP加固和CFRP与CC混合加固矩形钢筋混凝土方柱轴压试验,研究了不同加固方式和加固量对混凝土方柱轴向受压承载力的影响,分析了加固后混凝土方柱的破坏形态和延性。结果表明:随着CC厚度和层数的增加,复合加固柱的承载力和延性得到提高,破坏形态得到改善;采用2层CC加固的短柱,其破坏形态、承载力和延性的改善效果优于1层和3层。 A strengthening method of carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) and concrete canvas(CC) was proposed in order to solve the problem that CFRP was difficult to prevent continuously corroding internal concrete from corrosive medium due to cracks caused by resin adhesive subjected to external loads. The effects of different strengthening methods and amounts on the axial compression bearing capacity of concrete square columns were studied, and the failure modes and ductility of the strengthened concrete square columns were analyzed based on the axial compression tests of rectangular reinforced concrete square columns strengthened with CFRP and CFRP+CC respectively. The test results show that with the increase of CC thickness and number of layers, bearing capacity and ductility of composite reinforcement column are improved, and the failure mode has been changed.With the increase of CC thickness and number of layers, the bearing capacity and ductility of composite strengthened columns are improved and the failure modes are improved. The short columns strengthened with two layers of CC have better effect of improving failure mode, bearing capacity and ductility than those with one or three layers.
