基于混合粒子群算法的自由曲面网壳形态优化 被引量:1

摘要 对自由曲面网壳结构的造型与力学性能的协同优化问题进行了研究。基于双三次准均匀B样条曲面描述方式和能量法原理,调整曲面光顺因子以实现自由曲面的外形控制。在此基础上,提出以光顺因子为优化设计变量,以结构力学性能指标为优化目标的基于混合粒子群算法的智能优化方法。综合曲面光顺处理、力学性能数值分析以及混合粒子群智能优化算法,实现自由曲面网壳形态的协同优化。形态优化实例验证了协同优化方法的合理性、可靠性与实用性,可实现找到自由曲面网壳结构的最优形态。 The thorough study on the collaborative optimization method of structural configuration and mechanical behavior for free-form reticulated shells was presented. Based on bicubic quasi-uniform B-spline surface description method and energy theory, a surface fairing factor was adjusted to control the shape of the free-form surface. On this basis, an intelligent shape optimization method based on hybrid particle swarm optimization was proposed. The fairing factor was set as the design variable, and the objective variable was mechanical property index. Combined with the techniques of surface fairing, simulation of mechanical behaviors and hybrid particle swarm optimization, cooperative optimization of free-form reticulated shells considered with the integrated configuration and mechanical property was realized. Finally, two numerical examples verified this intelligent optimization method is rational, reliable and practical. And it can facilitate the optimal configuration for free-form reticulated shells under certain restrictive condition.
