连接锚固钢筋受剪性能试验研究 被引量:11

Experimental study on shear behavior of anchor steel connections

摘要 预埋件、植筋和化学锚栓是土木工程中常用的三种锚固技术。为了对这三种连接锚固筋的受剪性能进行研究,制作了30个预埋件、植筋及化学锚栓单锚试件进行受剪试验,得到不同工况下的受剪承载力、荷载-锚板位移曲线及荷载-锚筋拔出位移曲线。试验结果表明:试件破坏均为钢材破坏,总体变形量较小,具有脆性破坏特征;荷载-锚板位移曲线初始表现为线弹性增长,后期有一定的塑性变形;试验过程中,锚筋处于拉、弯、剪复合受力状态;植筋受剪承载力介于预埋件与化学锚栓之间,其作为锚固连接件的受剪性能良好。以试验结果为基础,提出了适用于三种连接锚固筋的受剪承载力计算公式。 Concrete embedded parts, post-install rebar and adhesive anchor are three anchorage technologies commonly used in civil engineering. In order to study the shear behavior of these three anchorage technologies, 30 specimens were tested with shear loading. The failure load, load-displacement curves of steel plate and load-pullout displacement curves of anchor bar were obtained and compared. The results indicate that the failure mods of all specimens are shear failure and the displacement is little which means brittle failure. The load-displacement curves of steel plate can be divided into two stages: the elastic stage and plastic stage. During the test, the anchor bar is in combined flexure, shear and tensile stress state. The shear capacity of post-install rebar is between that of the concrete embedded parts and adhesive anchor, which means the post-install rebar has good mechanical properties and can be used as shear connector. Based on the experimental results, a calculation method for estimating the shearing capacity of these connections is proposed.
