摘要
随着城市化进程的加快和城市人口的不断增加,城市中的土地,尤其是在城市中心区,土地越来越来有限且价值越来越昂贵。为适应城市的持续增长和发展,多层城市的概念已被国内外设计师广泛运用。多层城市将城市从传统的二维空间模式延伸到三维空间,将水平的交通方式拓展成三维的交通系统,可扩大现有空间,缓解人口高密度地区土地紧张和交通混杂的问题。以国外多层城市理论为研究对象,研究比较国外不同的多层城市理论的产生、发展及影响。
With acceleration of urbanization and increase of urban population, urban land, especially in urban center, becomes less and less, even more and more expensive. To meet the requirements of sustainable growth and development, the concept of multilayer city has been comprehensively used by both Chinese and foreign designers. Multilayer city extends urban space from traditional two dimensions to three dimensions and develops horizontal traffic system into tridimensional traffic system, successfully expanding existing urban space and alleviating the problems of limit land and complicated traffic in regions having high population density.Different foreign theories about multilayer city are compared with each other to study their generation,development and influence.
