摘要
滨海地区的地下水位较高,水头压力较大,抗浮锚杆的上端穿透地下卷材防水层锚入基础底板内。形成防水薄弱点,青岛市崂山区某写字楼工程中体系化的抗浮锚杆根部防水处理技术,操作简单连续,降低地下结构的渗漏几率,提高地下结构的防水性能,降低了使用阶段的安全隐患。
Waterfront area suffers from high underground water level and head pressure. The upper end of anti-floating anchor rod shall pass through the underground coiled waterproof layer and be anchored into the foundation soleplate, so it becomes a weak point of waterproofing. An office building project in Laoshan District of Qingdao City adopts systematic waterproof treatment technique at anti-floating anchor rod root. This technique has simple and successive operation, which could bring down the leakage risk of underground structure, improve waterproof quality and reduce potential safety hazard in service.
