摘要
液压自爬模的顶升运动通过液压油缸对导轨和爬架交替顶升来实现,凭借其优越的性能在高层建筑和大型桥梁施工中得到广泛应用。结合蒙古某井塔工程型钢混凝土结构的特点,论述LYZPM-160液压爬模系统的构成,以及外墙液压自爬模技术在大型复杂简体结构中的应用,分析了液压自爬模的特点,工作原理,浇筑程序,以及计算要点等,为液压爬模技术在工程中的应用提供一定的参考。
Jacking operation of the hydraulic self-climbing jump form is achieved by alternative jacking to guide rail and form frame through hydraulic oil cylinder.Hydraulic self-climbing formwork has excellent performance and has been comprehensively used in construction of high-rise buildings and large bridges.Based on the composite structure of shaft in Mongolia,the article first introduced the component of LYZPM-160 selfclimbing formworks used in complicated tube wall construction,and then analyzed the feature of the selfclimbing working mechanism,pouring procedure,and calculation points.This article hopes to promote the application of hydraulic climbing formwork technology in engineering.
