摘要
某14层框架-抗震墙结构高层建筑,因改造需要进行建筑结构安全性检测鉴定。现场对建筑物的地基基础和上部结构进行了检测,并根据现场检测情况,采用SATWE高层建筑结构计算软件进行计算复核,从构件、子单元、鉴定单元3个层次进行了建筑结构安全性鉴定评级,总结出鉴定结论并提出了处理意见。
During reconstruction of a 14-storey frame-aseismic wall structure high-rise building, structural safety of the building shall be inspected and evaluated. Foundation base and superstructure of the building are inspected in situ and SATWE high-rise building structure calculation software is used to verify the inspection result. Structural safety of the building is evaluated and rated on three aspects, including component, subunit and evaluation unit. Evaluation conclusion is summarized and related treatment opinions are provided.
