摘要
单管双线地铁隧道中隔墙施工在国内尚未制订相关的质量控制指标。通过对施工过程进行分析研究,得出影响中隔墙施工质量的关键因素是拼装机械手的参数设置;临时支撑的自身强度、刚度及稳定性;管片顶部预留接驳器的位置偏差。实际施工中,通过强化上述施工质量控制措施,纵向轴线偏差和垂直度都得到了较好控制,达到了预期效果。
Middle partition wall of single-hole double-track subway tunnel is used for the first time in China and there are not relevant quality control indexes at present. After analysis and research on the construction process, it is found that key factors influencing construction quality of middle partition wall are manual setting of assembly machine parameters, strength, rigidity and stability of temporary support and position deflection of preserved connector on the shield segment top. It shows that both longitudinal axial deflection and verticality are effectively controlled after strengthening the aforesaid construction quality control measures and expected effects are realized.
