摘要
WikiHouse为一种通过开放的用户设计和管理平台下载免费设计方案,数字化剪裁出标准建筑构件,可通过简易的现场安装打造住宅的预制装配式建筑形式。但因构件尺寸限制,需要应用拼接连接节点。通过有限元分析,提出该类节点的半刚性和承载力折减的特性,分析其裁剪处的槽深H、槽宽B和裁剪倾斜角a对节点转动刚度的影响,探讨减小槽深、增加槽宽、减小裁剪倾斜角对转动刚度的提升作用,并在此基础上进行节点的尺寸优化。最后采用类框架结构形式,提出二层住宅结构设计方案。
WikiHouse is an open source and non-profithouse making solution center, which allows one to download free designs, print CNC milled components of plywood and then assemble the house on-site with little requirement for professional skills or training. Some of the components need to be extended by a kind of semi-rigid joint due to the limit of their length. The dimension optimization in terms of the width, depth and angle of the slot as well as a design of two-story WikiHouse will be introduced here in order to inform the design check of the horizontal stability of the structure used in WikiHouse.
