冷弯薄壁C型钢檩条增设缀板加固方法与力学性能分析 被引量:6

摘要 基于冷弯薄壁C型钢檩条常见破坏模式,提出采用增设连接缀板的方法进行加固,并对加固后的C型钢檩条的力学性能进行分析。考虑几何非线性与材料非线性的影响,建立加固后C型钢檩条的整体有限元模型,将连接缀板的布置间距作为变量进行参数化分析。分析结果表明:冷弯薄壁C型钢檩条增设连接缀板能够显著提高构件的抗弯刚度与极限承载力,连接缀板布置间距对抗弯刚度及极限荷载有明显影响,对截面屈服应力影响较小。 Based on the failure mode of cold-formed thin-walled C steel purlin, the structure reinforced method by batten plate connected is put forward, and the mechanical property of flexural member is analyzed. Considering the effect of geometry nonlinear and material nonlinear, the whole finite element model of C steel purlin after reinforcement is established. Then, connect batten plate distance as the variable is analyzed. The results show that the flexural stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of cold-formed thin-walled C steel purlin reinforced by batten plate connected can be significantly increased; connection batten plate distance has obvious influence on the bending stiffness and ultimate load, but not on yield stress.
