日本特别养护老人院功能设置研究

STUDY ON PLANNING PRINCIPLES AND FUNCTIONAL SETTING OF SPECIAL CARE HOMES FOR ELDERLY IN JAPAN

我国老龄人口庞大且快速增加,养老问题日益成为人们关注的热点问题。日本经过了长期的实践,在养老机构规划、建设、运营、管理等方面均走在世界的前列。学习和借鉴日本已有经验对中国养老产业具有现实意义。通过系统总结日本在特别养护老人院功能设置方面的方法和成果,并结合我国国情,提出了应该注意的问题和策略,以达到日本经验中国化的目的。

In our country, the aging population is large and increasing fast. The pension problem has gradually become the hot issue of concern. After the long-term practice, Japan has walked in the forefront of the world in the endowment facilities planning, construction, operation management and other aspects. Learning and drawing lessons from Japan's experience has a realistic significance for China's pension industry. This paper systematically summarizes the methods and results of function settings of the Special care for the elderly in Japan. Combined with China's national conditions, it puts forward the problems and strategies which should be paid attention to in the learning and referencing process,in order to achieve the goal of using Japan's experience in Chinese style.
