大高宽比超高层住宅建筑的性能化设计 被引量:4

摘要 随着我国超高层建设规模增加,部分超高层住宅的高宽比已接近甚至超过规范限值的两倍,此类建筑在抗风、抗震方面均存在抗侧力效率低下等问题。通过分析高宽比对超高层建筑抗震、抗风性能的影响,以武汉市某超高层住宅为算例,采用相关措施及控制指标对该建筑进行性能化设计与评估。分析结果表明,3项措施及5项控制指标可有效保证超大高宽比建筑预期性能目标的实现。
