摘要 日照新型建材住宅示范区施工严格按德国被动式建筑标准,保证了建筑整体外围护结构的密封性,降低了能源消耗,采暖能耗比常规建筑降低了75%。外窗室内侧粘贴防水隔汽膜可防止室内的水蒸气渗透;室外侧粘贴防水透气膜可将水蒸气及时排出室外,避免冷凝水损坏保温层。遮阳系统可将太阳能得热系数从0.5降低到0.1。地源热泵机组的制热系统比燃气锅炉的效率平均提高近50%。空调冷梁送风分布均匀,无冷凝水,新风机组换热效率高达85%。 The new type building material residential demonstration zone is strictly constructed according to German passive house standard in Rizhao, ensuring the sealing of external building envelope for the whole building and reducing energy consumption, its heating energy consumption is seventy five percent lower than routine building. The external window indoor pastes waterproof vapor membrane, it can prevent water vapor permeation indoor;the external window outdoor pastes waterproof breathe membrane, it can timely vent water vapor to outdoor, avoiding condensate water to destroy thermal insulation layer. The sun-shading system can reduce solar heat gain coefficient for 0.5 to 0.1,the heating system efficiency of ground source heat pump unit comparing with gas-fired boiler increases by 50% on average. The chilled beam of air-condition is uniform blowing distribution and don’t produce condensate water. The heat exchange efficiency of fresh air handling unit reaches up to 85%.
