摘要
针对济南市某公共机构建筑特点及用能现状进行分析,通过运用DeST建筑能耗模拟软件对采用不同围护结构形式的建筑能耗进行模拟,并依据净现值(NPV)法对不同改造方案进行经济性评价,得出当节能改造方案的增量成本约39.336万元时,年节约效益可达12.815万元的最优方案。
Conduct a public body for Ji′nan architectural features energy situation analysis, through the use of DeST building energy simulation software for building energy consumption of different forms of envelope simulation, and based on the net present value(NPV) method for different rehabilitation programs when economic evaluation, obtained when the incremental cost of energy-saving programs for about 393 360 yuan, annual savings of up to 128 150 yuan benefits the optimal solution.
