摘要 铁路哈尔滨站站房改造项目上部屋面采用拱形结构,模板安装要求高,难度大。为达到"新艺术运动风格"的曲线效果,对支撑体系选用、梁底(板底)立杆定位、梁底(板底)主龙骨选用、梁底(板底)次龙骨摆放方式、模板安装方式、混凝土浇筑顺序及混凝土材料选择等方面进行研究,总结出一套大跨度混凝土拱形屋面结构的施工工艺。 Harbin station renovation project of upper roof with arched structure, in the construction process, the requirements of the installation of templates are relatively high, in design and construction,the difficulty is great. In order to achieve the project 'Art Nouveau style' curve effect, the construction difficulty and construction technology are analyzed and studied, based on the supporting system of selection, beam bottom(bottom floor) pole position, beam bottom(bottom floor) the main keel selection,beam bottom(bottom floor) keel laying method, template installation, concrete pouring sequence and several aspects of research and selection of concrete materials, summarizes the construction technology of large span concrete arch roof structure for it.
