氧化镁膨胀剂在大体积混凝土裂缝控制中的应用研究 被引量:22

摘要 研究氧化镁膨胀剂的膨胀性能及作用机理,配置相应的补偿收缩混凝土,结合原材料优选、施工及养护相关的裂缝控制措施,可整体性提高大体积混凝土筏形基础抗裂及防水性能。掺用氧化镁膨胀剂对高温季节大体积混凝土裂缝控制效果显著。工程实例中筏形基础混凝土浇筑完成28 d后仍处于微膨胀状态,未发现有害裂缝及渗漏现象。 Using shrinkage compensating concrete based on research on mechanism of magnesium oxide expansive agent, combined with selecting of raw materials and crack control measures in construction and maintenance,the cracking resistance and waterproof performance of mass concrete foundation are improved integrally. The results show that magnesium oxide expansive agent has significant effect in crack control of mass concrete constructed in high temperature season. In the application case, foundation concrete is still in expansion state 28 days after construction, no harmful cracks and leakage phenomenon are found.
