摘要
通过统一使用最优级配,利用正交试验测定混凝土配合比对混凝土导温系数的变化规律,利用单因素试验研究骨料最大粒径和龄期对导温系数的影响规律,结果表明龄期与减水剂为混凝土导温系数的不显著影响因素,其余因素均为极显著性影响因素,混凝土配合比中各因素的影响顺序为砂率>加水量>粉煤灰掺量>水胶比>减水剂掺量,得到导温系数的回归方程可为粉煤灰混凝土导温系数预估提供参考。
In order to study the thermal conductivity of high volume of fly ash concrete. The changing rule of the thermal conductivity of concrete was quantitatively investigated by orthogonal test. Five testing variables, including the fly ash content, water-cement ratio, sand ratio, water reducing agent dosage and aggregate concrete of dry and wet condition were considered in this test. The results indicated that sand ratio, the content of fly ash and water reducing agent were the significant factors.The significance of these factors is as follows from greatest to least:sand ratio, fly ash, water reducing agent dosage, aggregate concrete of dry and wet condition, Water-cement ratio. Based on the optimal combination of the maximum and minimum of thermal conductivity, to provide a reference for the estimated thermal diffusivity by the regression equation regression analysis.
