摘要
分析目前透水混凝土抗压强度、渗透系数测试方法的缺陷,对测试方法进行了优化。针对透水混凝土表面孔隙无法承压的问题,采用Photoshop软件计算承压面积,结果表明可根据孔隙率的不同,在强度测定值的基础上乘以不同系数得到较精确的抗压强度值。针对渗透系数测试方法的缺陷,采用带模测试并增加试件高度的方法进行优化,结果表明优化方法能提高试验的精确性。
The existing defects in the testing methods of compressive strength and permeability coefficient of pervious concrete were analyzed,and the test method was optimized.For the presence of voids on the surface of pervious concrete,Photoshop software was used to calculate the area under pressure.The test results showed that according to the difference of porosity,multiple coefficients were multiplied based on the measured values to obtain more accurate compressive strength.In view of the defects in the test method of the permeability coefficient,the method of banding test was used and the height of the test block was increased to optimize.The results showed that the optimization method can improve the accuracy of the test.
