摘要
以离心机的设备基础及其隔振器为例,以其设备基础下实际测到的随机地脉动为参数,进行了设备基础–隔振器的有限元分析,研究了精密设备基础在随机振动下的动力响应;通过对此结构的模态分析和谱分析,研究了其的一些自振特性和微振响应,为相关精密设备的隔振防护提供一定参考。
The main content is to discuss the dynamic response of precision equipment under the input of random vibration. Precision instruments, centrifuge, for example. Finite element models of equipment foundation-vibration isolator, the measured below the basis of the actual equipment randomly fluctuating as random vibration input of numerical simulation, and carries on the modal analysis and spectrum analysis, and study the natural vibration characteristic and the micro vibration response of structure.
