摘要
随着房地产行业的精细化发展,以接近大批量生产的成本和效率提供满足客户个性化需求的家装,是对传统家装的一次大变革。在分析大规模定制精装修所需技术与条件基础上,指出大规模定制精装修的优势及现存问题。从大规模定制精装修设计、建材部品化、装修过程装配化、竣工验收、售后服务等七个方面阐述大规模定制精装修的实现途径。
As real estate industry turns to be more specialized, mass customization becomes a big change to traditional decoration. It relies on low cost and high efficiency to meet personalized demand in decoration. This paper analyses technology and requirements of mass customization decoration. It points out advantages of mass cus-tomization decoration and some existing problems. Then it elaborates realization of mass customization decoration in seven parts, including previous steps and necessary conditions, design of mass customization decoration, finishing material components, decoration assembly process, decoration factory management, completion acceptance and after-sale service.
