摘要
土地一级开发企业普遍实行土地出让收益分成为主的盈利模式,这种模式在行业固有的"资金+关系"管理运作下,盈利问题和风险凸显。以XC集团土地一级开发业务为例,基于盈利模式五要素进行转型设计,并应用于盈利问题解决和风险释放,为行业内土地一级开发企业提升业务管理能力、拓展获利空间和持续盈利提供参考。
Most primary land development enterprises adopt an assorted profit model with sharing of returns as the pillar. However, caused by the implementation of'funds + relationships'dominant mode of operation, a great many problems and risks arise. Whereas this paper, taking the primary land development service of XC Group Corporation for example, tries to explore a profit transition model for primary land developers on the basis of five elements of profit model, and applies new profit model to problem solving and risk releasing, in an eye to providing primary land developers with instructive reference and guidance to achieve profit sustainability.
