摘要
基于STIRPAT模型,采用岭回归方法,对陕西省建筑业1990-2011年能源消耗的影响因素进行实证分析,结果表明从业人数、富裕度、劳动生产率和能源强度均对陕西省建筑业能源消耗有显著影响,且均能促进能源消耗的增长;通过对弹性系数的分析,得出从业人数是陕西省建筑业能源消耗的首要影响因素,其他按影响程度依次是能源强度、富裕程度和劳动生产率。在此基础上,为陕西省建筑业节能减排提出对策措施。
Based on STIRPAT model, the author makes an empirical analysis on the factors that affect energy consumption of construction industry in Shaanxi province from 1990 to 2011 by ridge regression method. The result shows that the number of practitioners, the level of construction industry's affluence, labors' productivity and the intensity of energy consumption can promote the growth of energy consumption. The elastic coefficients of each one in ridge regression analysis show that the number of practitioners has the biggest influence, followed by the intensity of energy consumption and the level of construction industry's affluence, labors' productivity has the least influence. Then makes some suggestions to the development of energy saving about Shaanxi province's construction industry.
