摘要
从工程实践角度深入分析我国建筑业建设管理模式的弊端,指出设计与施工相分离是问题的根源,提出以设计施工总承包和FIDIC条款为核心的解决思路,并针对实施中的关键问题提出建议,以加快推进设计施工总承包模式在我国建筑业的应用。
The paper analyzes management problems of construction industry in details from practice viewpoint, and points out the separation management mode of design and construction that was the root. Then,recommends a solution of application of Design-Build and FIDIC contract. Finally, puts forward some suggestions to speed up the implementation of Design-Build in construction industry.
