摘要
针对复杂工程供应链决策过程中所存在的问题,提出通过构建协同决策机制来提高决策的效率与效果。在对国内外相关研究进行综述的基础上,提出协同决策机制应遵循多方协作、有效沟通以及利益共享等原则,并对协同决策机制的实施策略进行了详细阐述。最后提出支撑工程供应链协同决策的平台框架结构,旨在为复杂工程供应链建立高效的协同决策机制提供理论支持。
According to the problems which exist in the decision-making process of complex construction supply chains, this paper suggests that building collaborative decision-making mechanism can improve the efficiency and effectiveness. We consider that building collaborative decision-making mechanism should obey the principles of multi sided cooperation, effective communication and profit sharing based on the review of recently research sta-tus. We provide the implementation strategies of collaborative decision-making mechanism and describe it in de-tail, and build a platform structure to support decision-making in construction supply chains. The aim of this pa-per is to provide theoretical foundation to build an efficient decision-making mechanism.
