摘要
如何运用科学的方法对项目进度进行管控,避免出现进度延误是项目管理过程中的一个难题。在分析大型综合外资项目进度管理特点和难点基础上,对项目进度策划、实施、调整和变更管理的方法和手段进行阐述,并推荐运用BIM技术对项目进度进行管控。
How to use the scientific methods to manage and control the project progress and avoid the project delay is one of the difficult problems in the project management. Based on the analysis of characteristics and difficulties of integrated large foreign investment project, this article expounds the methods and means for project progress planning, implementation, adjustment and change management, furthermore it recommends to use the BIM technology for the project progress management.
