物价上涨是全球普遍存在的问题。合同周期较长的项目,其项目效益受物价因素影响的风险更大,应用好合同条款中的调价公式是规避这一风险的有力工具。结合肯尼亚内罗毕——西卡高速公路项目的价格调整实践案例,解析在FIDIC合同条款下,如何巧妙应用调价公式创造经济效益,并就此给出相关建议。
