摘要
在构建建筑业竞争力评价指标体系的基础上,应用因子分析法对东部地区十个省市的建筑业竞争力水平进行实证,得到各省市建筑业的规模、技术和盈利能力以及综合竞争力水平的得分,并对其进行较为全面详细的分析,以便为东部地区各省市建筑业发展的政策和战略制定提供参考。
On the basis of building the evaluation index system of construction industry competitiveness, analyzes empirically eastern ten provinces' competitiveness level of construction industry in China with factor analysis method, calculates the score of the scale, technology and profitability as well as the level of comprehensive competitiveness of every province's construction industry. The paper makes a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the results,in order to provide a reference for formulating every province's construction industry development policies and strategies in east of China.
