以建筑工程整体化思想为基础,借鉴BIM、项目集成交付与精益建造等方法,从组织体系、商业环境、操作系统三方面具体分析建筑工程项目实现整体化的途径,为建筑业实现可持续发展提供具有操作性的项目管理模式。

Based on the thought of integration of construction project, took the theory of building information model,integrated project delivery and lean construction as research means, analyzed the approaches realizing the integration from three aspects that are organizational system, business environment and operating system, provide the operational model of project management for achieving the sustainable development of construction industry.
