探讨BIM技术在建设工程造价精细化管理中的价值及作用。阐述了精细化管理定义及内容及BIM技术在工程造价精细化管理中的应用价值,而BIM技术在某房地产开发项目中的应用结果表明,BIM技术能"精准、及时"下达指令,压缩沟通成本,实现房地产开发项目的"精细化管理",可提升控制造价水平,消除造价管理的"三超"问题。
