摘要
随着建筑行业的快速发展,其粗放型的经营方式给环境和资源带来很大压力,建筑业高污染、高能耗、高物耗现状预示着建设项目施工绿色风险已逐渐显现。就此界定建设项目施工绿色风险的涵义,阐述其形成机理,探讨建设项目施工绿色风险因素识别和绿色风险应对方法及预防策略,为我国建设项目施工在资源、能源和环境方面的绿色风险管理提供思路和方法。
With the rapid development of the building industry, its extensive operation mode brought great pressure on the environment and resources, and the status quo of the building industry of high pollution, high energy con-sumption, high material consumption indicated that the green risk in construction have begun to appear. With defined the concept of green risk, expound its formation mechanism and discuss identification, prevention measures and methods of green risk, which aim at promoting an idea and method for green risk management research at resources, energy and environment.
