摘要
从BT项目诸多问题中选取主要利益相关方及其利益冲突博弈作为研究对象,从行为经济学视角审视各方围绕风险控制、工期、建设资金、寻租等展开的冲突博弈,揭示BT项目各主要利益相关方的经济决策行为,以期得到启示,提高BT项目建设各环节的规范性,减少相互间的冲突,更好地实现BT项目的目标。
From many problems of BT project, this paper selects the main stakeholders and their conflicts of interest game as its research objects. Under the perspective of behavioral economics, this paper researches the games of conflict about risk control, time-limit, funds and rent-seeking, reveals the economic decision-making of BT project′s main stakeholders, in order to improve the standard of BT project construction and reduce conflicts.
