中国建筑业教育回报率估计

Estimation on the Return of Education for Chinese Construction Industry

基于CHIP2007数据,同时考虑样本选择偏差和教育变量内生性,应用Heckman样本选择模型估算中国建筑业教育回报率。结果表明:控制了样本选择偏误和教育内生性后,我国建筑业教育回报显著,平均而言,受教育年限每多一年将带来工资5%的提升。进而提出政府应加大建筑业教育投入,建筑企业应创造积极的人才引进条件,优化资源配置、增加技术内涵、提高生产效率、注重从业人员素质培养和提升,以进一步提升我国建筑业的国际竞争力。

Based on CHIP2007 data, taking into account the endogeneity, Heckman sample selection model was applied to estimate returns of education for China construction industry. It shows that: after controlling the sample selection bias and endogeneity, there′s significant returns of education, on average, each additional year of education will lead to 5% wage increasing. So the government should increase the education investment in construction in-dustry, while construction companies should create positive conditions for introduction of talents, optimize resource allocation, increase technical content, improve production efficiency, focus on training and upgrading the quality of employees, which is the key to enhance the international competitiveness of China′s construction industry.
